Return & Exchange Policy

1. Standard Returns<\/b><\/h2>

  • 30-Day Window:<\/b> You have 30 days<\/b> from the date you received your item to request a return.<\/p><\/li>

  • Item Condition:<\/b> To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all tags attached.<\/p><\/li>

  • Proof of Purchase:<\/b> Please include your receipt, order number, or proof of purchase.<\/p><\/li><\/ul>

    Non-Returnable Items<\/b><\/h3>

    Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as gift cards, clearance\/”Final Sale” items, and personal care goods.<\/p>

    2. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items<\/b><\/h2>

    We take great pride in our products, but we know accidents can happen during transit. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong product, we want to make it right immediately.<\/p>

          4. Refunds & Shipping<\/p>

          Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
