Shipping & Delivery Policy

Thank you for shopping at Core Fragrance. Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

1. Processing Times

All orders are processed and prepared for shipping within 1–3 working days.

  • Switzerland & Liechtenstein: Standard processing applies to all domestic orders.

  • Peak Seasons: Please note that processing times may be longer during holidays or periods of high order volume.

  • Updates: Any significant delays will be announced via a notification banner on our website header.

2. Shipping Methods & Costs (Switzerland & Liechtenstein)

All orders are shipped via Swiss Post. As we ship domestically, no customs duties apply to your order.

Free Shipping: We are pleased to offer Free Delivery on all orders over  CHF 80-.

3. Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times apply after the order has been processed and handed over to Swiss Post:

  • A-Mail (Priority / A-Letter Post): 1 working day

  • B-Mail (Economy): 2–3 working days

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this number to monitor your shipment’s progress via the Swiss Post website.

5. Damaged or Lost Shipments

Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or in an unusable condition, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue for you.

Shipment Marked “Delivered” but Not Found

If your tracking information shows that the package was delivered, but you have not received it:

  1. Check with neighbors or your building management.

  2. Contact us right away at info@corefragrance.ch.

  3. Please Note: Once a delivery company (Swiss Post) confirms delivery to the correct address, liability typically no longer falls on the seller or the courier (as this is often classified as theft). In these cases, we recommend filing a report with local authorities or your household contents insurance.

Shipment Not Delivered / Lost in Transit

If the tracking information indicates that the package was not delivered or has been lost in transit (and is not marked as delivered), please reach out to us, and we will open an investigation with the courier to locate your package or provide a replacement.
