Return & Exchange Policy
At Core Fragrance , we want you to love your purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied with your order, we’re here to help.

1. Standard Returns

  • 30-Day Window: You have 30 days from the date you received your item to request a return.

  • Item Condition: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all tags attached.

  • Proof of Purchase: Please include your receipt, order number, or proof of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as gift cards, clearance/”Final Sale” items, and personal care goods.

2. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

We take great pride in our products, but we know accidents can happen during transit. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong product, we want to make it right immediately.

  • Reporting Window: Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us within [3 days] of delivery.

  • What to Include: We require photos or a short video of the damaged product and the packaging it arrived in to process a replacement.

📦 No Extra Cost to You: If an item is confirmed to be damaged or defective upon arrival, we will ship out a replacement immediately or issue a full refund at no additional shipping cost to you.


3. How to Start a Return or Report Damage

We’ve made the process simple. Do not send your purchase back to us until you have emailed our team. Please send an email to [Your Email Address] using one of the formats below:

Option A: Standard Return Email Format

  • To: [info@corefragrance.ch]

  • Subject: Return Request - Order #[Your Order Number]

  • Body:

    “Hi Core Fragrance Team, I would like to return an item from my order #[Order Number]. The item is unused and in its original packaging. I would prefer a [refund / exchange]. Thank you, [Your Name]”

Option B: Damaged/Defective Item Email Format

  • To: [info@corefragrance.ch]

  • Subject: Damaged Item - Order #[Your Order Number]

  • Body:

    “Hi Core Fragrance Team, I received my order today, but the item is [damaged / defective / incorrect]. I have attached photos of the product and the packaging. I would prefer a [replacement / full refund]. Thank you, [Your Name]”

4. Refunds & Shipping

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within [5–7] business days.

Shipping Costs

  • For standard returns, you will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • For damaged or defective items, Core Fragrannce will cover all replacement shipping fees.
