Returns & Exchanges

We want you to feel confident ordering from CORE Fragrance. If something is not right, contact us before sending anything back.


1. Standard returns

  • 30-day window. Contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • Condition. Products must be unopened, unused, sealed and returned in their original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase. Include your order number or purchase confirmation.

Items that cannot be returned

For hygiene, safety and personalization reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened perfumes, samples or discovery sizes, personalised or custom-made fragrances, gift cards, or final-sale items. This does not affect your rights if an item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect.



2. Damaged, defective or incorrect items

Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us within 3 calendar days if the parcel or product is damaged, defective or incorrect.

Email clear photographs or a short video showing the product and its packaging. Once confirmed, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional shipping cost to you.



3. Starting a return

Email info@corefragrance.ch before returning any item.

Please include:

  • Your full name and order number
  • The product concerned
  • The reason for the request
  • Photographs if the item is damaged, defective or incorrect
  • Whether you prefer a replacement or refund, where applicable

We will confirm whether the return is eligible and provide the return instructions. Items sent back without prior approval may not be accepted.



4. Refunds and shipping costs

After receiving and inspecting an approved return, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for standard returns, and original shipping charges are non-refundable. CORE Fragrance covers reasonable replacement or return shipping costs for confirmed damaged, defective or incorrect items.
