A 3 ml sample is a small size of a CORE fragrance that lets you discover it before choosing a full bottle. You can sample a scent from the CORE collection or begin a personalised perfume. The signature discovery set contains two different 3 ml fragrances for CHF 9.90, with free Swiss shipping for discovery-only orders. The price is automatic. Personalised samples remain a separate offer: CHF 9.90 plus CHF 6 standard shipping.

Start with the notes and styles you already enjoy, such as floral, fruity, fresh, woody or spicy scents. Compare the note descriptions on our sample page and choose two different fragrances you most want to discover. If you are unsure, ask CORE for help choosing and tell us what you like.

Yes. Begin the CORE personalisation journey with a memory, a mood or your favourite notes. Complete your formula, copy it into the CORE Memory field on the personalised perfume product page, and select 3 ml. CORE’s perfumer refines and balances the composition you submit.

No. You can enjoy your sample with no obligation to buy a bottle. Use the credit only if you decide you would like an eligible full bottle.

After successful payment for a qualifying discovery order, you receive one CHF 9.90 credit towards one eligible 30 ml or 50 ml CORE signature perfume. It is a future bottle discount, not a cash refund. It does not cover samples, discovery sets or shipping. Personalised sample credits follow their separate terms.

Your code arrives in the email for your sample order. Keep that email so you can find the code and its conditions when you are ready to order your bottle. Check your spam folder if you cannot see it.

Choose an eligible full bottle, add it to your basket and enter your coupon code at checkout. Use the same email address as your sample order. Check that the discount has been applied before completing payment.

The discovery credit applies only to eligible 30 ml and 50 ml CORE signature perfumes. It does not apply to personalised perfumes, samples or bundles. Previously issued and personalised coupons retain the eligibility rules in their original terms.

Use the expiry date in your coupon email. New discovery credits are currently valid for 90 days from issuance. Previously issued coupons and personalised sample coupons retain their original validity periods.

One discovery coupon can be redeemed once and cannot be combined with other discount coupons. Its value cannot exceed the eligible product subtotal. Older and personalised coupons retain their original terms.

Check your sample-order email and spam folder. Make sure the bottle qualifies, the code is still valid, you are using the email address from your sample order, and you have not applied another sample credit to the same bottle. If the problem continues, contact CORE with your order number before completing payment.
